Vietindo is very glad to introduce a kind of special dried noodle made from rice and corn flour. It is Thuan Anh corn noodle from Lang Son province. The cooked noodle strips are yellow, elastic but soft and delicious with distinct taste.

We select grade 1 corn seeds, soak in water for 48 hours, then grind and mix with rice flour into sticky paste, flatten and cut into strips, dry under the sun light or by heater from production line. Thuan Anh noodle gets 3 star Ocop certificate. 






When cooking, soak the noodle in cool water for 10 minutes, then soak in hot boiled water for 3 minutes, take the noodle out and soak in cool water again for few mins before frying, or saute with vegetable and beef.
