Chu Dau ceramic has been famous since 14th century in Red river Delta in Vietnam. Chu Dau ceramic products were exported to Europe and Japan in the past. Nowadays, the ancient ceramics of Chu Dau are preserved in 46 museums and 32 countries in the world. 

Chu Dau ceramics used to be forgotten for centuries in the past but a big number of antiques were excavated right in the original ceramic land in early 1980s. Since then the artisans have continued to study and preserved motifs as well as old glaze that were lost.

Vietindo is very glad to introduce a kind of special dried noodle made from rice and corn flour. It is Thuan Anh corn noodle from Lang Son province. The cooked noodle strips are yellow, elastic but soft and delicious with distinct taste.

We select grade 1 corn seeds, soak in water for 48 hours, then grind and mix with rice flour into sticky paste, flatten and cut into strips, dry under the sun light or by heater from production line. Thuan Anh noodle gets 3 star Ocop certificate. 

When cooking, soak the noodle in cool water for 10 minutes, then soak in hot boiled water for 3 minutes, take the noodle out and soak in cool water again for few mins before frying, or saute with vegetable and beef.

Dak Ha is regarded as the central area for coffee plantation in Kontum province. It produce the largest robusta coffee in the province.
