It has been for along time, a number of households in Vietnam applied home economy model of VAC and VACR. In Vietnamese term, VAC mean Vuon - Ao - Chuong or Garden - Pond - Animal shed, and VACR means garden - pond - animal shed - forest.

The model help them maintain sustainable agricultural production. In this system, the animal waste is used for fish food in the pond, bio fertilizer for tree in garden, or even making bio gas. The tree leaves, grass in garden and forest are input for making green fertilizer.
It is not only suitable agri circle production that bring more benefit but also minimize the cost and protect environment. This agri model is applied in low land, mid land and up land across the country.
