Kudzu is creeping plant that brings roots as material to make a drink or sweet, and herbal medicine. Kudzu plant may reach 8 - 10 meters with purple or blue flowers. It is planted in low and mid-land in Northern Vietnam. Kudzu is harvest once a year during Dec - Feb. We use all from kudzu's roots, tuber, flower, and leaves for different purposes.

Kudzu flour is processed from it's roots. The flour can be used fresh and cooked.Traditionally, the benefits from kudzu flour are to treat alcoholism, heart disease, common cold, diabetes, liver damage, may alleviate menopausal symptoms, reduce inflammation, alleviate severe headaches....
