Chung cake is very popular in Vietnam. It is the cake for traditional New Year Holiday or Tet holiday falling on early Feb. But nowadays Vietnamese people can taste Chung cake any time, for we make the cake for daily need or gift. We would like to introduce the cake to foreign market not only for oversea Vietnamese but foreigners also.

Chung cake becomes more special taste if we care for selecting input materials and making method. Ingredient includes glutinous rice, pork meat, green bean, fish sauce, pepper, salt. We make the cake square by hand or mold. The outer is Dong leaf from forest that make the inside green after boiling for 12 hours by fire wood. 



The cake shape is in green square that stand for our green earth. None of preservatives is used, for the nature from Dong leaf help the cake fresh for longer. The taste of Chung cake is lovely, Vietnam's essence. It can be said that Chung cake is National Vietnamese cake. During Tet holiday we export hundred thousands of Chung cake worldwide, especially for oversea Vietnamese community.
